Council meets monthly, usually on the 3rd Tuesday of each monthly except January.

The Minutes of Council Meetings are posted in the Council Office within a couple of days of the meeting., and are available to residents wishing to access them.

The meetings are "open", which means that people may attend council meetings.

The President of the Council may call a special meeting. The President must give at least 2 days notice before calling a special meeting.

Council also sponsors regular Community Meetings and the CEO reports back to council the results of those Community meetings. Decsions at Community Meetings are reviewed by, and acted on by council if appropriate.
